MORB integrates Ennovation’s electric drive into its innovative electric off-road vehicle.

MORB is a modern, modular off-road vehicle designed for work in the most demanding conditions. Thanks to its integration with Ennovation’s electric 4×4 drive system, MORB combines extreme off-road capabilities with zero-emission propulsion and quiet operation. The project demonstrates how, with the right technology partner, the boundaries of off-road mobility can be pushed further.

Polish manufacturer of electric off-road vehicles in search of an integrator

N.E.T. Sp. z o.o. (the manufacturer of the MORB vehicle), while developing an innovative off-road platform, faced the challenge of finding a partner capable of delivering an advanced electric drive system. The goal was to create a prototype vehicle with a variable body configuration – from transport, through passenger, to specialized applications. MORB was created as a response to the lack of solutions that combine modularity, electric propulsion, and outstanding off-road performance in a single vehicle.

Why was Ennovation the right choice for electric drive integration?

For MORB, it was crucial to find a partner that could not only deliver the technology but also understand the specifics of a vehicle with a modular design and off-road purpose. Ennovation proved to be the right choice thanks to its engineering resources and experience in carrying out unconventional electric conversions – from utility vehicles to specialized machines (Taero, the eSWT mining vehicle).

In addition, the Ennovation team has many years of experience in converting traditional drive systems to electric. The company has successfully completed projects such as Taero – a utility platform for military use – and the eSWT mining vehicle, used for transporting people in mining operations.

Thanks to this expertise, Ennovation not only designed and delivered a complete 4×4 drive solution, but also efficiently integrated it with MORB’s structure, taking into account the requirements and future applications in environments where reliability is essential.

What was the scope of cooperation in integrating the electric drive?

The collaboration between N.E.T. Sp. z o.o. and Ennovation was an example of a comprehensive approach to integrating an advanced electric drive system into a next-generation off-road vehicle. As a technology partner, Ennovation not only supplied components but also actively participated in the design and implementation of the entire drive system, tailored to the needs of a vehicle operating in extremely demanding off-road conditions.

Scope of cooperation:

  • Delivery and integration of the 4×4 drive.
  • A battery system with over 100 kWh capacity, built into the vehicle frame while keeping the center of gravity as low as possible.
  • On-board charger – ensuring fast and efficient vehicle charging.
  • Infotainment system – integrated with the vehicle’s diagnostic functions.
  • Management software – comprehensive control of the drive system and its synchronization.
  • Engineering support – optimization of all components for challenging off-road conditions.

Where will MORB be used?

Thanks to its modular design and the ability to quickly change the rear body configuration, MORB is a vehicle created with versatility and operation in extreme conditions in mind. Its flexibility allows a single vehicle to serve multiple purposes – from standard cargo transport, to passenger carriage, and even the execution of specialized off-road tasks.

Among the applications of the MORB vehicle are:

  • Mountain rescue – specialized bodywork with space for a stretcher, as well as rescue and medical equipment, ideal for teams operating in hard-to-reach locations.
  • Forestry and environmental services – the vehicle operates quietly without disturbing the ecosystem, while providing space for samples, tools, and field equipment.
  • Military and border services – the silent operation of the electric motor, absence of a thermal signature, and high mobility in difficult terrain make MORB an ideal solution for operational missions.

Each body configuration can be individually designed, making MORB an exceptionally versatile solution for civilian, specialized, and operational use.
